Pastor Jim is taking time away from the office to rejuvenate and seek the Lord; however, he will be joining us on Sundays as usual. Pastor’s Blog will be returning soon.

Haiti Arise comes to Nelson

We are excited and honoured that Marc and Lisa Honorat of Haiti ARISE will be coming to visit KCF on Sunday, July 14^th. During our Sunday celebration they will share on what has been going on in Haiti and at Haiti ARISE. We invite you to come and learn about the wonderful mission work that is being done in Haiti.

ARTWALK is coming to S.H.A.R.E. Nelson

ARTWALK has arrived at S.H.A.R.E. Nelson!

ArtWalk runs from June 28 – September 6.

Come see Maya Heringa, a Nelson icon and fabulous local watercolor artist and Kasia Rubkiewicz, a new artist in Nelson with her beautiful oils and watercolor. Come meet our artists on the Second Opening night from 6-9pm on July 27. Come join us during one of Nelson’s most famous art festivals and support our local artists! A portion of sale proceeds goes to support Our Daily Bread!

Retreat at Dutch Harbour

Registrations have been pouring in, so if you are planning to come, ensure you sign up to ensure your space. Space is limited!

Drop ins are welcome. $5/day without meals or $17 with meals.

This is an inexpensive opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, Kootenay Lake, beautiful mountains and beaches, plus be inspired and encouraged. This will all happen within the community of wonderful people. Pastor Glenn Breitkreuz will be our retreat Speaker and Cliff Schneider will provide Children’s Ministry for the kids.
