Hope!  Peace!  Joy!  Faith!

Starting December 1st for the four weeks prior to Christmas, we will pause our current sermon series in Ephesians to celebrate "Advent" which means "arrival".  Yes, we will celebrate the arrival of Jesus at his birth, but also the ever-present life of Jesus in our everyday lives because of the resurrection.  As we prepare to celebrate his Advent, each Sunday morning we will light the next advent candle and focus upon that which it symbolizes....  hope, peace, joy, and faith.

Celebrate... For there is good news of great joy for all people!   "Today in the city of David, there is born to you a Savior;  he is Christ the Lord!".  Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace, goodwill to men!

Book Sale on Sunday to support Nelson Christian Community School

On Sunday there will be a selection of Christian books including Bibles, books for children and adults, journals, workbooks and more on sale at KCF. The funds raised will go to support Christian education in the Kootenays. Cash, cheques or etransfers will be available – no interac so come prepared.

Bright Lights After School Program

Bright Lights is back and is now underway. Open to children K to Grade 3. Held at KCF, 520 Falls Street, Tuesdays @ 3:30pm. Inquiries to Doreen at (250)354-2077.

With the seasonal shift, ODB is needing a fresh pool of volunteers. Please pray for provision for Our Daily Bread.
