Citizen of the Kingdom

Jesus invited people to enter the Kingdom of God. Within the Kingdom of God are the metaphors; family of God, the body of Christ, army of God, and the household of God. Notice a similarity within these expressions:

1.       To be a part, one has to belong

2.       Not individualistic but corporate expression

3.       Each has a purpose or ministry to be realized

4.       A unit, where each one is affected by the other.

This Sunday, I will be talking about the benefits and responsibilities of living in the Kingdom. This message has the ability to transform our Christian experience from one of complacency to competency, from despondency to expectancy, mediocrity to excellency. Living in the Kingdom will change your life – Pastor Jim Reimer.
