Protection Against Deception
What method do you use to know when something is true, trustworthy, or real? There are a lot of counterfeits in the world today. False twitter accounts, fake emails, profiles pretending to be you on Facebook - because it is on the internet doesn’t make it true. So how can one sift through the deceptions playing on our emotions and intellect? The bible warns us in the last days: “The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs, and wonders, 2 Thessalonians 2:9 (NIV)
So what is true and what is not? Jesus made a promise, that if we love God, he will send a “spirit of truth” to us (John 14:17). In the Old Testament, they casted lots or laid out a “fleece” as a way to find God’s will. After Acts two, we never see these methods used again. Because, now there is a better way. The living God who knows all things, in the person of the Holy Spirit, can live in us and guide us into all truth. Signs and wonders are all subject to one’s interpretation. Holy Spirit inside of us, will teach us truth, reveal to us God’s will, and keep us from deception. Invite the Holy Spirit to come and fill you today, so you can have the spirit of truth living in you too. This Sunday, I will be expanding on this, and teaching on the one sign that God gave so the early disciples knew it was the Holy Spirit descending on them. Email me and tell me what that sign was at pastorjim@kcfoffice.com
Look forward to seeing you this Sunday - Pastor Jim Reimer.

This seminar is different from other Christian finance seminars. The teaching does not feature merely “practical” information on finances, but follows Craig Hill’s anointed understanding of God’s Word in teaching finances from a Biblical and heart perspective (Matt.6:21). The teaching and personal ministry opportunities will reveal root causes why you may not be prospering financially as you should. If your heart’s desire is to be able to have an abundance to pour into God’s kingdom here on earth, this seminar experience is for you!
