Love and the Heart
Nobody ever said, “l love you with all my brain.” This being Valentine week, I am thinking about the heart and love. Why is the heart symbol (that looks nothing like the heart organ) the icon of love? I will answer that question in my Sunday message called “Love and the Heart.” Other things we will explore are the connection of the emotion of the heart and how to keep love fresh and vibrant. The series, Heart Matters, has dealt with trauma of the heart, healing a broken heart and core longings of the heart. These messages are all available on the Kootenay Christian Fellowship YouTube channel as well as on our website. The point is, for us to experience healthy love and relationships we must experience healing in the heart. Next, we need to guard our heart and protect our heart from things that damage the ability to know and walk in love. Join us this Sunday as we bring you one more segment of HEART Matters - Pastor Jim Reimer.
Communion Sunday
This Sunday, we will have communion, so if you are joining us online, be prepared at home with some grape juice and bread as we share in this special time together.

Summer Retreat 2024!
Are you longing for long, warm days spent enjoying Kootenay Lake-splashing, paddling, floating, wading, walking forest trails, digging your toes in the sand, reading a good book, napping after a good meal, great inspiration from the evening services and time spent after with friends by the fire or playing cards. Come for adventure and chilling out - consider booking a week at The Harbour at Riondel for a vacation this year.
