What's Up @ KCF

This Sunday I am restarting our sermon series in Ephesians. For the next few weeks, we will be covering the last three chapters. We learned about God’s story in us in the first three chapters, but now we will hear about Our Story in Him in the last three.  All the messages are online, and if you have not heard them and want to review, they are available on KCF youtube channel.

This Sunday, I will be speaking from chapter four and looking at “Unity redefined.” There are a lot of promises of God’s blessing forthcoming when we are in “unity” with God and each other. But what does it mean to be in unity? We will answer that question this Sunday. It is important, as many Christians are frustrated because they don’t seem to experience the promises they quote and affirm. This message has he potential of revolutionizing your Christian experience.

Baptism Sunday Coming up!

We are excited that we are having baptisms this coming Sunday, August 25th. This will happen at Lakeside Park immediately following our Sunday service. Let’s meet in front of the Change Room Building (mid-park). Bring a picnic lunch and let’s celebrate together afterwards.

If you are interested in getting baptized or want to know more, please contact Pastor Jim.

Growth Groups are Back!

It has been a lovely summer but missing one very special thing…our small groups.

Gatherings will begin again mid-September and Now is the time to Register. Groups will meet at 6 Mile, Herridge Place, KCF and the Reimer home Wednesday evenings @ 7pm.

This is our time to get to know one another better, share our lives, pray, study the previous Sunday’s sermon and eat dessert together.

We hope you are able to take part. Sign up on Sunday at the Information Table or simply reply to this email of your interest.
